Instinct is the 6th full length album by Groove Metal band, Ektomorf. Ektomorf was founded in 1993 in Mezőkovácsháza, Hungary, a small city near the Romanian border, by Zoltán "Zoli" Farkas. In the actual line-up Zoli - songwriter and mastermind of the band - is the only remaining founder member. The band is completed by Tamás Schrottner (Guitars), Szabolcs Murvai (Bass) and Gergely Tarin (Drums). Due to his gypsy background Zoli saw himself confronted with racism and prejudices, which is why the band had to put years of work into its international career. Their breakthrough came when Ektomorf started collaboration with Danish producer Tue Madsen in 2003. Ektomorf's sound has been criticized as being heavily derivative of Sepultura and Soulfly.

Machine Head - Burn My Eyes (1994)
Burn My Eyes is the debut album by American heavy metal band Machine Head. The album's themes generally tie into the social disorder and corresponding inner tension that the band was exposed to in their native Oakland, California, reflected in Robb Flynn's lyrics.Stylistically, the album is credited as having bridged the gap between Pantera-style groove and the thrash metal stylings of Slayer's 80's output. Compared to their concurrent releases, it is probably their most raw and aggressive recording thus far, and the style is somewhat harkened back to on their post-Supercharger output.

In the year 2006 - Seth Uldricks, founder and fountainhead, emerged THE SIGN OF THE SOUTHERN CROSS from its cask, where he has matured it after blending each members’ tastes for the melodic and fiery power of PANTERA and CORROSION OF CONFORMITY with the swamp flavored heaviness of DOWN and EYEHATEGOD. Very fuckin good album, must have for fan's of mentioned band's.
